I can't work out these errors

For the past couple of weeks, I am getting error like the following (With almost every task):

ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED: Access is denied. [MoveFileEx]
ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED: Access is denied. [DeleteFile]

Messages about not being able to delete from the recycle bin (On a secondary drive)

I have gone as far as disable some settings which I am not comfortable with:

I have resorted to rolling back to FreeFileSync_14.0_[Donation_Edition]_Setup
I was using the latest.

All give the same errors

Any advice or assistance would be most gratefully accepted.

I think it was a permissions issue on my secondary drive. Testing now.

I'm a little embarrassed, it was permissions on the secondary drive.

All 12 tasks finished without issue.

I am surprised that I failed to check this, as this isn't my first rodeo.
