First copy then move

Hi! I've got a specific problem and maybe FreeFileSync can help. I'm sorry for my bad english, please ask if something isn't clear.

I love Radio plays very much. I copy it to my USB Stick and take it to my workplace to listen it there.

The source looks like this
D:\Radio plays\Ghostsitter\Folders with Episodes
D:\Radio plays\Horror Tales\Folders with Episodes
And so on. The target (USB-Stick) looks similar. Just a month ago i had only 4 Folders to check and copy only the new episodes to the stick. No problem. But today i got 15 folders and it's not fun anymore to check them by hand.
Now i want to try, if FreeFileSync can help me with this. I thought about this three steps:

Step 1: Clear the stick by mirroring it with an empty folder.

Step 2: Copy episodes/folders from serial 1-15. This step will never be successful, because the stick is just 4 GB large and my radio plays folder >100 GB.

Step 3: Move every successful copied episode/folder from step 2 to another folder (like D:\Radio plays\heard\Ghostsitter\)

Do you guy understand what i mean? I don't want to check every folder by hand, if exist, copy the new episode and move it after to somewhere else. Is this somehow possible or is my problem too specific, too special?
