Error when mirroring data from OneDrive to external HDD

Hello, I migrated a week ago from W10 to W11 and some processes are no longer working correctly.
Many pdf files are not recognized. FFS attempts to create a suffix which is not recognized
A folder was not recognized in the external HDD and I was obliged to let FFS create a new folder.
Please could you advise how to overcome these difficulties ?
