Tools > Options > Default log folder:
the exact folder where logs are to be kept. But there is no such option for the DMP files - and thus the Desktop will automatically get cluttered with files like
FreeFileSync_x64.exe 14.5 CrashDump 2025-11-10 153240.dmp
I personally do not use Desktop at all and almost never get to see it- and so if a crash of RTS will happen while I am away from my machine and then also a system crash, then existence of such report I will discover maybe by pure chance weeks later
Many of my friends on the other hand do use the Desktop for everything - and thus they would have a hard time trying to spot such report
So please change the default Windows locations to
C:\Users\YOUR-USER-NAME\Documents
and also give users the ability to change it to whatever they might need to. Aside from logs we already can also save Jobs wherever they want, so I just do not understand the logic behind imposing path for automatically created DMP files
