New version 7.2 crashes on Windows XP SP3

Version 7.0 works fine. I haven't tried v7.1, I will if I can find a kit.

I get an illegal instruction exception code 0xc000001d at address 0x00000000004046d0

My cpu is an AMD Athlon XP 3000+ which does not support SSE2 instructions, which I strongly suspect is the problem.

Just installed v7.1, and it also works fine on my system.

Can you post the full error message that you are seeing?

Athlon XP2500+ (no SSE2) on XP sp3.

v.7.1 works fine

Thanks! There was indeed some stray SSE2 instruction at that location. I've updated FFS and re-uploaded version 7.2. FFS should load correctly on CPUs without SSE2 now.
