Hello,

I am writing to follow up on my previous emails regarding the Tax Residency Certificate for the year 2025 related to our purchase of FreeFileSync.

I have already contacted you three times on this matter, but unfortunately I have not received any response so far.

Our accounting department requires the Tax Residency Certificate (Bescheinigung EU/EWR über die Ansässigkeit im Sinne der Doppelbesteuerungsabkommen) for their tax and accounting records.
Could you please provide this certificate, preferably in PDF format, or let me know who I should contact regarding this request?
