[Implementation request] - Blake3 hashing

Good morning,

I hereby would like to bring up (again) the suggestion to let the user select between multiple hashing algorithms, or to completely switch to Blake3 if possible. Blake3 is much much faster than basically any other cryptographic hashing algorithm.

It would also be nice to give the user the option to use non-cryptographic hashes as they are again even much faster than Blake3. There should be a hint that non-cryptographic hashes might not be as secure and have a tiny chance (1:millions) for "errors".

I hope this finds the right audience and finds its way into the program.
