I've been using FreeFileSync for over 5 years. Just built a new computer and set everything up. I backup to an iSCSI drive mounted to a drive letter. This computer is the only one that accesses the iSCSI drive. This computer is a lot newer and faster than the old one.
Today I noticed that everything stops for 5-10 seconds (zero bytes/sec, zero items/sec) quite frequently. I don't recall seeing this on my other machine. There are no errors or warnings being thrown due to inability to create files or folders. Any ideas please chime in. Thanks in advance for any help.

If the new computer is significantly faster, you might be filling write-buffers and then having to wait for them to flush to disk

I'm back. I spoke too soon about errors. It turns out that one of my sources was an incorrect path, and I had a lot of files that couldn't be read (I am admin...). After I cleaned up my act the transfer runs smoothly. Sorry to bother everyone!
