Error Message - Cannot open directory

Hi,
This error pops up continually and I have no idea how to fix it.

An extract of the wording is:
Cannot open directory "O:\Media.....etc...Media Import.
FOLDER\RecycleBin~110e.ffs_tmp\z_Airdrop...."
ERROR_NO_MORE_FILES: There are no more files. [FindFirstFileEx]

Can someone please help. Thanks

Which operating system version is this? What kind of drive is O:\?
