Moving Over Settings to New PC

I am moving to a new PC w/ the same file structure. How do I move over my settings, especially all of my comparative folders?

FFS program settings are stored in a GlobalSettings.xml file inside your user's AppData directory.
Individual configurations are saved and stored wherever you chose, so transfer those to a new PC and "open" them in FFS once installed.
