Backup [My Name] under Users or individual folders

I did my first sync/backup and for my Source entered the entire [My Name] under Users. I noticed that the AppData folder accounted for 58% of the backup. I am most interested in backing up my Documents, Music, Pictures and Videos folders. Should I back these up separately or should I choose their entire parent folder? I'm not sure how important it is to back up other subfolders in that parent folder or which ones. Thanks.

I recommend to most users that they only back up their six main folders:
Desktop
Documents
Downloads
Music
Pictures
Videos

This covers 99.9% of typical users, who basically only ever work in/out of these folders. AppData may contain things you want to back up, not unlikely if you don't know already, but ultimately this is something you have to learn and determine on your own
