Sync performance

Hello,

I recently upgraded I think to 14.3 Mac OS on a MacBook pro m1. Same setup of been using for years high performance Samsung SSDs attached directly to USBC. Tested direct region right performance and the perfectly fine.

After upgrade I'm getting less than one megabyte per second transfer rates when syncing.

I've been using the product for about 10 years and never had such performance issues..

What are the results of manually copying the data?
