Hello. I've been using your software for quite some time now, and it has helped me greatly!
But the last few weeks I've been constantly not able to sync files between my desktop'ss drive and an external hard drive (which i've been using and syncing files successfuly the last year or so).
What happens is when I, for example, delete files on one of the folders, instead of deleting the files on the other side of the syncing, it copies them again, so that the folders are equal again.
Note that I'm using the "two way" syncing, so file deletions should be propagated from one side to the other.
If anyone could help I would greatly apprecciate it.
My system is running windows 8.1, and the external harddrive is a regular USB 3.0 1TB Toshiba drive (nothing relevant here I guess).
thanks
Files not syncing properly

Hello again.
It seems the problem was that the folder I'm syncing with the external drive is also, at the same time, being synced to a Synology NAS (through the synology cloud software).
Paused the NAS syncing, and the deletions were propagated with freefilesync.
