ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED: Access is denied. [FindFirstFile]

I get this error periodically. Not everytime.
I've cut the text down to just one line for clarity, but I have 4 folders that sync all backing up my desktop PC to my NAS
I searched the forum, and can not find this error.

Cannot find the following folders:

N:\Mickey Desktop Backup\CAD
______________

Cannot read file attributes of "N:\Mickey Desktop Backup\CAD".
ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED: Access is denied. [FindFirstFile]

I get a pop up with the error, and if I retry nothing happens, and if I hit ignore all it finishes it's batch run, and puts my computer to sleep like it's supposed to.
But when I open FFS and run the batch I can see it hasn't sync'd the most recent files.
I have my batch set to run every night at 2am, wake the PC, run the batch, and put it to sleep.
If I get up in the morning, and I see my PC on I know the FFS didn't complete because it didn't put the computer to sleep.
This happens occasionally, not every time.
W11 PC.

Any ideas what's happening?

Sounds like a permissions issue

What kind of permission issue?
It worked fine for months and now doesn't.
It also works fine when I open FFS and run my batch.
