RealTimeSync: I want to set a delay. Possible

I had to redo the syncing of some folders. The regular syncing process wasn't hard, just following YouTube tutorials. However, RealTimeSync wasn't as easy. I had it set up before, but I had to stop it because when I was creating files and saving or renaming etc, it would try and sync too fast, causing problems.

I'm in the process of figuring this out again (thank you Youtube) but I was wondering if there would be a way to delay the realtimesync but a few minutes. That would help with I try and save multiple times or rename things etc.

Or am I doing something wrong?

I'm using the latest Donation Edition.

EDIT: I think I figured it out. I set the Idle time (in seconds): to 180
