Can't Do Wholesale Delete of Items on Kingston Thumb Drive

I have a Kingston Thumb Drive and after I do a Sync from my PC drive I select all the leftover files on my Kingston drive, hit delete, but it won't let me delete those files. I have to individually select each file I want to delete and that works but is time consuming. Thanks

What does it do (when you attempt to delete)?
Any messages given?

Something like can't do it. Would you like to try again or cancel. BTW when I'm connected to a hard drive everything I selected gets deleted perfectly. If only the thumb drive would do the same thing.

Ran a test. I copied some files from my PC to my Thumb Drive, say Folder A. And the files I copied from my PC were not in Folder A but from another folder Folder B. I then went to Compare and Sync on both A Folders. Then I went to delete the remaining files on the Thumb Drive that I copied to it from PC Folder B. I had no problems using Alt A then delete. So now I'm stumped. It's working when I force files onto the Thumb Drive but not when I'm left with files that were previously on my drive. I give up.
