Destination folder problem

Hi, i have a machine which saves data from a remote Qnap everyday and keeps the shared folder mirrored.

As a measure of safe that windows machine, pumps data to a different remote machine with Filezilla server onboard.

First step works like a charm.

Second step did sync most of the files (Tb) but keeps failing on 24k files in different folders. FFS always try to copy the file but on the right side the dir not exists because FFS never created it.

Why this happens?

Any suggestion? the machine is currently pumping data in mirror mode

i have already enabled on the 2nd machine the windows long paths (but since the data is alrady recovered from the Qnap with no problem and those folder exists it s not a path related problem)

permissions on the second machine are ok (FFS did already move tons of files and dirs so it s not a perm problem)
