Mirroring not finding files in top folder

Mirroring a top folder mirrors all subfolders and files but not the files in the top folder. Do a comparison first then mirror sync to One Drive and ASUS Web storage separately. (Some file names within sub folders are updated on mirror with One Drive but OK.) How to fix please.

do you use include/exclude filters? you could also try rclone...

The Comparison before the Mirror Sync shows the files in the top folder?
If Yes, then what are the errors thrown in the Sync operation?

In trying to resolve this I have found a a problem on my PC set up which is causing this (duplicate files being created). I'll stop this. Thanks for the input and help.
