Error: "Can't read from inflate stream: invalid distance too far back"

Hello I am reporting an error I started getting on version 14.9, seemingly out of the blue. The pop-up appeared on software opening before any backup attempt. I believe the software also prevented backing up of files wrongly stating "no files to synchronize". I uninstalled 14.9 and installed 14.8 and now the error has gone and things are back to normal.

Your installation's resource files are corrupted, please reinstall. The unhelpful error message will be fixed in the next release.
