Developing request - "Notes" pan on the main screen

Hello.
Is there a possibility for the developers to add the "notes" box from the "Synchronization Settings" to the main window (or even as a messagebox), so that shese notes will be visible as far as one choses synchronization profile?

I am aware of the option to point the yellow note mark on the profile list, but i wish the note to be shown as mandatory, so one does not miss an important note.
