Recently had to reinstall FreeFileSync after a hard drive crash. My Outlook file is not syncing, even though I get new emails every day (doesn't everyone?).
I'm pretty sure it was being backed up before the hard drive crash, as the syncing took much longer (the email is a very large file)
Any ideas?

Look at the logs for your sync

It was not listed as one of the files to be synced

Obviously, you must make sure your you have selected your left and right base location(s) such that your *.pst file is in one of those locations.
Mind that, as long as Outlook is open, your *.pst file is locked.
• You need to close Outlook before running your sync
OR
• You need to use Volume Shadow Copy (mind the notes)
