File names match, content doesn't, how to merge dirs?

Hello, I have 2 folders with about 100 files with the exact same filename in each folder. However, the file content is different, and I want to keep both variants. Is there a way to merge the folders by renaming the files? I don't want to merge the 2 files into one, I want to be left with something like:

IMG_001.JPG
IMG_001a.JPG

Just copy/paste manually. Windows will give you the option to keep both files

Or manually rename the files in one of the ends.
