RealTimeSync - Completed with warnings popup

I have a RealTimeSync job configured and it constantly pops up with a warning window, stating that it completed with errors. This is blocking the next sync job until I click the 'Close' button. Why does it not continue to sync?
The job is configured to ignore errors.

Successful jobs also pop up the notification & things appear to be stuck.

When saving your *.ffs_batch sync configuration you probably checkmarked "Ignore errors", but did not checkmark "Auto-close"

I had to do a 'Save as ...' instead of just clicking on the 'Save' button. The above screenshot is actually in the 'Schedule Batch Jobs' section of the manual, not under 'RealTimeSync' or 'Scripting' where I was looking.
