Mac Sync 2 way Issues?

been using this for a few years now on the windows 11 pc to backup my files onto a external drive, Ive now got myself a Mac mini along with my windows pc. Ive installed this on my Mac and trying to make a backup from windows pc to a backup drive connected to the Mac, so ive 2 copies for if one fails. BUT! 98% of all files have copied just fine, Im just having problems with some photos/videos from the windows pc that will not copy over to the Mac backup drive and ive no idea why when the rest of the drive is copying just fine.?

I think it was 56 files in total. can anyone please give me some ideas why just these files will not copy over when everything else have done. even some from the same folder has copied over but just not these...

error code below of just a few of the file name's, the rest are the same but with different name only.

when I click on the Compare at the top I start getting messages like this. for the 56 files that will not copy.

I know they are on the windows pc..
