RealTimeSync Not Running on File Change

I have a USB drive connected to my Linksys router mapped as D: and since moving to a new laptop any changes made to directories monitored by RealTimeSync on that drive are only detected when I start RealTimeSync from its configuration window. I have changed nothing in moving from my old laptop (Windows 10) to my new laptop (windows 11) but files written to the USB drive are no longer detected once RealTimeSync is running - any ideas why?
