Business Edition: old device entry blocks start on reinstalled machine (removal locked until Oct 20)

[Seres]

I reinstalled the OS on my Lenovo 20SYS09M00 (Windows -> Debian 13). My Business Edition license
still lists the old Windows install (14.12) as a registered device, and removal is locked until
October 20th, 2026. FreeFileSync 14.12 for Linux does not start while that entry exists.

The hardware is the same and the old OS is gone. Can the old entry be released earlier?

I've manually removed the device.
