FileSync from XP to 7 over the network

Hi I am using FileSync for backing up a database directory from a windows xp pc to a windows 7 pc. Seems like all the folders and files are copied, but when try to run the programme from the back up folder some of the files are missing that makes programme not run correctly without the original xp directory. Do I have to do anything to xp machine to make the filesync progaramme to copy everything to the windows 7 pc. The fileSync is installed on the Windos 7 machine and backing up through the network. I am not an expert on computers. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
