Hi all,
Thank you in advance for this software and any help offered.
I am running V5.2.1 on W7 x32 and have set up to "mirror" LHS to RHS. If I use compare "file time and size" and then syc I find RHS is not matched to LHS? If I delete RHS completely and run sync again the both match - after time RHS again looses sync with LHS and even when running sync again RHS does not match LHS despite the compare and sync stating all is matched?
LHS and RHS are both drives of the same size and format and I have not selected a file but instead the entire drive so LHS = x:\ and RHS = y:\ for example.
I am currently trying compare with "file content" instead - would this make a difference? (this is not finished yet but I do not expect for this to fix the issue)
Drive sizes are both 930GB in size and around 900GB data is mirrored (or trying to be)
I used to use SyncToy Echo function but came across the same errors as most other converts here.
I want simply have one drive be "mirrored" to the other. Once I know this works I shall run via batch file on a schedule, nightly, so the two drives always show the same data size. Currently they do not and data sizes grow in difference over time where something is not working correctly with sync (or more likely my settings)
Hope I have offered enough info and hope someone has some ideas.
Many thanks in advance.

Changing to "file content" did not help - same issue.
Something odd - I have noticed that if I compare the file structure and size they match on the LHS to the RHS but under "my computer" both disks show as the same size but different available space is show with a difference of circa 20GB?
Totally puzzled... :-(

I emptied the recycle bin and now drives match when viewing in "my computed"
so - is there a way to delete permanently not store, as I assume this is what is happening.
progress.. :-)
