I have setup FFS to sync roughly 40,000 files. One of these files is an excel spreadsheet located within the first folder FFS is syncing. This excel file has sync'd only once (during the inital sync (Server to laptop) and has not sync'd since.
I had saved the file and closed it before syncing the last time, but this did not help.
I don't know if there are any error messages as I run FFS as a batch job and have it unattended therefore I have it set to ignore error messages and close the dialog box upon completion.
Any help with this?

Did you get this solved - I had the exact same problem but it turned out it was a conflict with Panda Cloud Anti-virus software - as soon as I switched antivirus program the problem was solved.
