saving FFS_gui and FFS_batch in same time? (or only FFS_batch)

is it any possibility how to save FFS_batch automatic when i save FFS_gui or working only with FFS_batch? in new versions is posible to open and edit ffs batch directly in sync. window, but i would like to edit only i file, not when i edit ff gui,than again save as ff batch for runing withou asking for compare and sync etc...? (sometimes i forget for save as batch and after schedule batch is my backup incorrect due to not actual resave batch)
