The interface is so good that I never use the menu (actually, wish it could be hidden)
However, by clicking the Save button I keep overwriting my presets (no pop-up warning). I wish there was a way to "Save as...." (right-clicking the Save-button or an additional button, or forking out with a dialog: Overwrite, New, Cancel).

I guess it makes sense to offer both "save as gui" in addition to "save as batch job" for consistency:

Also a really good idea to combine the 3 dialogs - allows a quick step-through to double-check at one glance.
