After change of day light saving, all files on my external HD previously saved before the change have an offset of 1hr compared to the internal HD. So my compare results in a full backup. Is there an option to correct this issue?
FFS 6.4 on OS X 10.9.2

Same problem here. No solution to this problem? I remember having had this
problem in the past but though was a fixed bug.
