EDIT
Mode of operation is UPDATE.
Source Directory (A) is the current workspace
Target Directory (B) is the backup
Custom Folder (C) is the custom location
After comparison of the files that have changed (I should say updated), I want to extract these updated files from A then save it to C rather than directly syncing them to the B.
For example, Source directory contains a total of 1GB, files inside are 1MB,
so there would be roughly a thousand files. After updating, let's just say that a few hundred files have been updated and it is very tedious to manually select this files.
There is an instance where I need to get the updated/changed/new files from the A and I do not want to manually pick these files nor directly sync it to B. The purpose of this one is that I want to create some sort of a 'manual patch'
Thanks for taking the time reading this. It would be good if a feature like this be implemented.
Write output files to a different location after comparison

I agree, it's on the todo list.
