Enhancement for running individual Syncs

If a Sync job has multiple folder pairs, it would be nice to be able to run each folder pair individually. This would come in handy if one of the folder pairs error'd out... you could just run the folder pair that failed. This is one awesome program. I'm still trying things out so I may have some questions at a later time. Thank you so much for a brilliant work.
