I find myself needing to sync one or two directories out of a long list of directories from time to time. Being able to check/uncheck, or right-click and sync would be very helpful.

In the GUI, just right-click on those files and/or folders, and include (or exclude) those.
If you want that to be permanent, save the sync, if not, do not save the sync.
