Create Folder Error dialog on First Run

Whenever I run a sync for the first time I always get an Error dialog stating that the program can't find the target folders, I'm then asked if I would like to 'ignore the error & consider each folder as empty', at which point it will procede as I would expect & create the folders as required.

Can we please have this as an option (checkbox) within the synchronize settings dialog.

Further to this, once it gets past this I also get the dialog to 'Start Sync Now', this should also be available as an option in the Sync dialog.
