I started a 145 Gig backup that I wanted to run overnight. After selecting source, dest and mode, I hit 'Synchronize' and FFS started churning away. I hadn't used it for a while so I forgot about the process: analyze, ask, perform.
At least it gave me a "don't show this again" box, but I am not sure I want my decision for one backup to apply to all others forever.
Could you please create some way to get this confirmation up front so I don't have to sit through the tedious analyze phase in order to start a large overnight backup?

If you just want to sync without checking the result of the comparison first you can create a .ffs_batch job and run it manually or schedule it.

That's what I did. Right-click on batch file and select Open in FFS, then hit 'Synchronize'.

Just double-click the .ffs_batch file instead.
