I have a folder on my PC with an encrypted Truecrypt volume in it. Now,
(1) When I back up this folder (with the encrypted volume within it) to an external HDD using FFS, the files within the volume are not getting copied.
(2) If I mount the encrypted volume using truecrypt and then sync the parent folder using FFS, then also they are not getting copied.
(3) I presume that if I mount the volume and then sync the entire mounted volume using FFS, then the files will be copied. However, I want the copied files on the external HDD also to be in an encrypted state. How to do that?
Does FFS backup Truecrypt volumes?

You probably haven't unchecked "Preserve modification timestamp of file containers"
