bug in windows server 2012 (not R2)

Hello!
First of all, thank you for this great app.
The only wanted thing is smth like bandwidth limiter (like in Vice Versa pro for ex.).

Found a small bug in windows 2012.
The log file LastSyncs.log is not created/updated while batch script executed with task scheduler on admin account, which is not logged in :)
Very strange.
May be it's W2012 issue and some incompatibility.

For ex. i have a server w2012 with additional admin account root, and the backup task is running using this account.
C:\Users\root\AppData\Roaming\FreeFileSync\LastSyncs.log file is not created or updated.
But if there's logged user root to system, everything is working fine in task scheduler.
At the same time explicitly set logs are always created and updated without problem.
Similar configurations work fine on Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, Windows 7.
