Feature Request: Ability to use 'File C...

For 99% of my files 'File time and size' compare is fine but now I have a
program (an encryption) that doesn't update the time/date code when it access
a contained file. I really don't want to change to 'File Content' just to deal
with a single file nor move away from the near one click method that
FreeFileSync currently provides.

Ideally I'd like something like an extra field in the filter dialog that was
labeled 'Include for File Content checking'.

There's a way to do this with a single configuration: Use two folder pairs,
but specify the same source and target folder names. Then exclude this file
from the first folder pair, and include only this file in the second. Then
change the comparison variant of the second pair to "file conent".
