Suggestion, not delete on target

Thank you for the software. Just starting to use it but seems marvellous.

Would like to know though if it is possible to deactivate deleting files or
directories from the target drive when corresponding files or directories are
deleted from the source drive. If not possible now, can such feature be
included in future versions.

While developing or editing class material I want to sync it between my two
PC's, using a mobile drive. Once done, I want to delete it from the mobile
drive but keep copies on both of my PC's. The suggested feature would serve
this purpose.
