Compare Contents of Single File Pair Only

I use Freefilesync to sync and compare a pair of folders containing backup
images of my operating system. Typically I make a new image every 2 or 3 weeks
and I keep only the latest 6 image files. Typical image file size is 20Gb.

Having synced the 2 folders, I want to compare the file contents of only the
latest image file pair rather than the whole folders.

Is this possible please?

The most recent version FFS has a filter on time and filesize. However
filtering is applied after input directories have been traversed. So comparing
only the most recent ones is not possible right now.
