This morning when I started FFS, if I click on a filter file, the following
error message is displayed:
Error parsing configuration file:
"C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\iTunes Media.ffs_gui"
Could not read values for the following XML nodes:
<HandleSymlinks>
What has changed, and how do I correct the problem? I'm using FFS v3.13.
Also, when I click, "Check for new version", I get "Unable to connect to
sourceforge.net!" Obviously I can connect or I would not be here.

Handling of symbolic links has been integrated into comparison settings since
v3.7. You're probably loading some old config file <= v3.6

It seems sourceforge has yet again deactivated CVS, sigh. Maybe they still
suffer from hacker attacks.

All I have done is update FFS as I have become aware of the availability of
the update. The ffs_gui files in question are dated 01/03/2011. Is there a way
to convert these old files? One of the filters is pretty involved.
Thanks for the great program!

Just load these files and save them again. FFS never automatically converts
old config files in order to avoid silent changes in behavior when new options
(like in this case) are introduced.
