Newbie: cannot chose network folder inside ffs

Hi, I'm pretty new to ffs. It's a great tool for me -as long as I stay within my local pc.
I'm running 6.7 on 8.1 pro.
I have a synology nas and mapped its drives in my Windows Explorer.
The problem is: inside the ffs program I cannot chose the mapped drives because they are
not shown in ffs. Also, if I try \\Diskstion\video (which works in Explorer) -it doesn't in ffs.
I already gave ffs admin privs, but I don't know what else I can do to make those Foldern shown
and usable in ffs.

Anyone could help? I'm sorry, if it's something obvious. I didn't find a solution using the search fuction.

If the file path isn't to long you could type it in manually and see if it works.
