Use ffs as Team ?

Hi together,

I'm using ffs for privat and I#m very happy with it, but:
will it be possible to use it as a team?

we are arround 10 Users, using the same folders on a fileserver.
Because we are longer and often offline, we sync all the files to our Laptops using Robocopy Scripts.
That causes, deletions are nearly impossible, renames causes double files ... ...
You can imagine, what happens, if somebody moves a folder ;o)

Will ffs be able to manage that ?
With the result, that deletions, move files/folders will be possible?
Does anybody use ffs for that?

We have 5 users, each of them with laptops. They come once or twice a week to the office. - -Is there a recomendation about how to configurate this syncoronization with the server computer?
-Each user should instal the FFS or should be instaled in the server computer?
