Feature Request: VSS Copy Method Only

Thanks for the great software.

Feature Request
Could FFS be made to favour the VSS method of copying for files larger than a certain size? or perhaps for files of a certain file type?

Context
I've been using FFS to backup multiple Outlook PSTs, totalling ~ 4 GB, via batch job and task scheduler. This takes about 10 minutes or so normally.

If Outlook is open and using the PSTs before the backup starts, FFS successfully uses the Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) to backup the files which is great.

However if Outlook is closed and and FFS backup starts, the backup runs "normally" without the use of VSS. If someone then tries to open Outlook, whilst the backup is running, they are unable to use the program as ".pst is in use and cannot be accessed". As the files are large the user could be waiting a while until the backup completes - hence my feature request above.
