Found that the filter does not work on the mask
`"~$*.*" or "~*.*" and ".~*.*"`. This temporary files from OpenOffice and other.
Exclude filter

The filter is evaluated against the part of the file path that is relative to base sync directories. On usually non of these relative paths starts with a "~" or ".".
