I want to sync my Folders place where i want to decrypt my data.
If i lost my USB-Stick or if I sync to the cloud my data must be save.

Look into BoxCryptor (Classic).
BoxCryptor is a file-level encryptor, and as such quite a nice companion to FFS.
It allows you to create one or more encrypted folders, that appear in unencrypted form as (virtual) drive(s) after you enter (or locally store) the encryption key.
By using FFS to sync between an unencrypted location and such virtual drive,
en/decryption takes place on the fly while syncing.
FFS is by the way also perfectly able to sync between two encypted folders.
