General IGNORE function

When synchronizing disks somtimes system files cannot be deleted and a message pops up asking e.g. for hitting IGNORE (for all next occurences). The file sync process is stopped until the IGNORE-button is activated.
As this could happen to several disk I would like to have an option to general set IGNORE for all Sync Processes to allow faster synchronisation. As synchronisation somtimes takes more than 10 minutes the process is stopp eg after 5 minutes waiting to press IGNORE (or another option), this slows down the synchronisation process.
