FreeFileSync will not install on Windows 10 Pro

I have tried to install FreeFileSync 7.9 on a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro x64. Upon installation, the install gets errors trying to write entries to the registry, so it appears. The error code is access denied. I tried running the installation with administrator prives, but that received the same error. I have attached a screen capture of the error dialog I receive. Any ideas?

Maybe some AV software interfering with the installation?

Worked after disabling Kaspersky Total Security during install.
